All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

5. Payments

We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store your full payment details.

6. Shipping

We ship within the UAE. Delivery times are estimated at 2–7 business days. Elégnza is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Opened beauty or personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless damaged or defective. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions, is the property of Elégnza or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
